terms and conditions

• all selected work will be installed in St Denys Boat Club for the duration of the exhibition (June 8th - June 23rd)

• artists to ensure all work is ready for hanging/installation

• public access to the exhibition will only be within the arranged opening times (11am - 4pm) during the three weekends within this time ie June 8th/9th, 15th/16th, 22nd/23rd

• work will be unattended during weekdays when clubs and events may be running. Artists should leave work in the space at their own discretion and take out their own artist’s insurance. The boat club and organisers of the exhibition waive all responsibility for damage, loss or theft of work.

• any free standing work will need to be moved out of the main exhibition space by the organisers during weekdays

• artists to deliver/collect work from venue at times to be arranged in advanced - by email

• artists to pay £3 per selected entry upon delivery of artwork - all fees go towards administration and exhibition costs.

• we reserve the right to use images of work selected for the purposes of advertising the exhibition and festival 2024

• we ask that all artists sign up to help to invigilate the exhibition over the three weekends it is open
